Terms of Service

These terms outline how ZJ Productions works with clients. By booking a project, you agree to the terms below.

Booking & Deposits

A signed agreement and a 30% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the project date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is handled on a case-by-case basis and may require a new agreement depending on availability.

Deliverables & Revisions

Deliverables are defined in your project agreement. Most projects include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or significant scope changes may incur extra fees.

Intellectual Property

ZJ Productions retains the copyright to all footage and edited films unless a full rights transfer is agreed to in writing. Clients receive a personal or commercial usage license as specified in their agreement.

Liability

ZJ Productions is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or third-party delays. We will always work to find the best creative solution available.
